Gerald Darel Gives Great Animal Print

Gerald Darel is one of those brands I always walk past in department stores, dismissing it as something my mum would wear but there's one thing I do think they do really well and that's animal print.

The new AW12 collection is a lot more youthful than anything I've seen from them before and has some great, tasteful animal prints like this snake print silk shirt (£155) and peplum leopard print top (£120).  There's the most wonderful cerulean leopard print dress in the window of their Sloane Square boutique too but nothing online yet.

Available in sizes 8-18 and from various department store concessions as well as their own stores, it's definitely worth a look.

Sister by Sibling Make The Best Hats & Scarves EVER

I LOVE THESE SOOOOOOOOO MUCH!!! And in case anyone's wondering (like I did), yes those awesome pom poms are faux fur - and detachable too although who'd want to take them off? They're OUTSTANDING.

The whole edgy Sister by Sibling fair isle-skull-mouse-leopard print patterned knit thing is *so* awesome in fact that a very naughty high street retailer has attempted to rip it off. Not cool at all. Get yourself geared up for AW12 with the originals now before they're gone (they're already on low stock).

Sister by Sibling Fair Isle Leopard Double Pom Pom Hat, £190 and Fair Isle Leopard Double Scarf, £175 both at www.asos.com

PS. Click here to check out their SS12 sale stuff too - LOVE the HATE t's and jumpers :)

Jeremy Scott x Adidas Originals AW12 Animal Print & 90s

So, as promised, here's another look at some of the forthcoming Autumn/Winter 2012 Jeremy Scott x Adidas Originals collection. These are some of my absolute favourite pieces from Jezza and great to see that he's sticking with the exaggerated tongue Instinct Hi sneaker silhouettes and reworking them in awesome animal prints and pop colours as well as the classic, tougher all black version.

Puffa jackets are massive for this winter but no-one's doing them quite like our Jeremy! Zebra, leopard, cheetah, pink, purple, mint, gold - he's thrown the lot in and this is what's stuck. I LOVE it and the fact you can match it with your trainers is double bubble.

Putting a fun spin on a proper old school 90s print trend, are these leopard print pieces below, pulling out a vintage Versace vibe but with added attitude and plenty of Mr. Scott's signature street cool. Nice Michael Jackson-esque trainers going on too with the buckle details and silver toe rims and that ladies black quilted leather jacket with the gold safety pins is just soooo Lil' Kim.

The full Jeremy Scott AW12 range for Adidas Originals (minus those controversial My Pet Monster shackle shoes which have now been pulled) will be available in stores and at www.adidas.com from July with these pieces dropping in October 2012.

Rihanna Does Cutting Edge Comfort With Yeezy 2's in East London This Weekend

Loving this look from Rihanna who kept it low key this weekend as she set about the serious business of performing then partying in East London.

Sexy black leather and tough denim, luxed up with gold Egyptian style detailing and accessories - even her mic had a gold finish. Talk about attention to detail. Whilst her short shorts with fishnet cut offs got the Daily Mail in a tizz, and Rita Ora was spotted wearing the exact same Katie Eary digital leopard print t-shirt Rihanna had worn on stage at the Radio 1 Hackney Weekend, it was her feet that interested me.

Sporting the super hot, black Air Yeezy 2 sneakers - the latest killer Kanye West-designed drop from Nike - with their glow in the dark soles, it was great to see a female performer at a festival who wasn't in either crazy heels or wellies. Comfy can be cool too, girls! Especially when you do it like this.

Henry Holland per Superga - Free Smiles With Purchase!

I adore Henry Holland. He's the most lovely chap and always has such a sense of fun about everything he does - at the launch of his hot new House of Holland line for Italian plimsoll titans, Superga, last night he told me he'd had a LOT of fun doing this too. Like we couldn't tell... these cheery sneakers are practically smiling.

The leopard print pumps are top of my Spring/Summer wishlist but it's the next range for Autumn/Winter (previewed in the four images directly above) with the red furry ankle trimmed mids, zig zag platforms and the ultimate in cheeky retro tennis girl style pom pom shoes that are my absolute must haves.

Prices are a lot less than I'd expected at a totally reasonable £55-£70 a pair which kind of makes you think that maybe buying more than one pair is absolutely justifiable.

Visit www.superga.co.uk to view the entire Spring/Summer 2012 House of Holland per Superga collection.

MORE SHOES! I realise my creeper love is bordering on obsession now but seriously, how good are these?? The zip detailing on the toes! The leopard print! The Hate and Love heel studs! The deep, rich tones of the blue suede (and leather) shoes! The high shine of the black patents! It's love. They're from an exclusive collaboration between East London's 3939 Shop and creeper dons Underground London and are available here at £140 a pair. Check out the leopard and rose gold high heeled creeper wedges (£130) below too - too cool.

More Awesome Creepers from Underground Shoes

Regular readers of this and/or my Huffington Post blog will know I'm a huge fan of brothel creepers (now seemingly rebranded as just 'creepers').  Triple sole, single sole, suede, leather, patent, plain, print, I love em all.  The best, without a doubt, are by Underground Shoes who have just launched these pale grey suede and pink neon patent creeper wedges, £195 above, exclusively for ASOS.com. Neon AND creepers? Why, Underground, you is really spoiling uz...   Their other ASOS.com exclusives include the floral ditsy prints with a single white sole (£95), and all grey suede single soles pictured below (£89).  You can also snap up the super cute leopard print singles in yellow suede with a black sole (£95) and a host of other styles too. LOVE <3

PRINT JEANS - SO RETRO, SO NOW

These wicked new print jeans have a great late 80s/early 80s vibe.  I particularly love the Current/Elliott leopard print skinnies in pink or mint (above, £200 from Net-A-Porter) which give you a 2 for 1 on the trend front thanks to their bang on SS12 ice cream colours.  If only I could still fit in my rose print pastel jeans from M&S that I had in school, from the days when I bought clothes by age rather than size... (blurry old pic complete with Dash sweatshirt and German exchange student, below!).

High waisted chain print boyfriend jeans, £40 from ASOS.

Monochrome geometric print 90s style super skinny jeans, £40 from River Island.

Tripp NYC leopard print skinny jeans, £60 from Urban Outfitters.

Sass & Bide 'The Archetype' feather print skinny jeans, £215 from ASOS.

Roberto Cavali Python snake print purple jeans, £480 from Selfridges.

Pink floral rose print skinny jeans, £40 from River Island.

Superslim animal print jeans with ankle zips, £19.90 from Mango.

And a very blurry old pic of me (second left) in my favourite old M&S rose prints...

THE ILLIST TIP OFF: SUPREME X THE NORTH FACE LEOPARD PRINT LOVELINESS

You may already know about my penchant for leopard print so it's no surprise that this fresh colab from Supreme x The North Face caught my eye in the latest mailout from The Illist (have a look/sign up here: www.theillist.com). The North Face make awesome outdoor gear that's also perfect for British winters - their gilets are total must haves for anyone who works in drafty offices although (sadly), no leopard print versions are available at this time. Combining their fabric tech know how with Supreme's wicked street style gets you the best of both worlds and even though this is meant to be menswear, I'm totally on board.  These leopard print Nuptse down puffa jackets and the matching Rolling Thunder wheelie carry on luggage are set to drop in the Supreme London store and online on Friday.

CHEAP SUMMER SHOWER CHIC: M&S 80'S STYLE LEOPARD PRINT UMBRELLAS

Stupid weather. I am so sick of getting caught out in heavy rain showers and not being able to find an umbrella.

This super cute, Eightie's style electric leopard print brolly from Marks & Spencer is the perfect size to fit in even a small handbag (mine pictured is an 11" Cambridge Satchel) - I'm never going out without it again.

It also comes in a variety of pop-py colourways - I am definitely hankering after a black & purple, and a pink & yellow - and is a pocket friendly £7.50.

Get yourself to M&S now (or order online if it's raining...) and make like a boy scout - it's good to be prepared.
